Nammo

Privacy

Last updated 23 July 2026.

Nammo isn’t out yet. Right now this site does one thing with personal data: if you join the waitlist, we keep your email address so we can tell you when the app is ready. That’s the whole of it. The rest of this page is the detail.

Who we are

Nammo is made by Angela and Kyle. The data controller is Sunslider SAS, 6 rue Jean-Marie Chavant, 69007 Lyon, France. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything on this page.

What we collect

Your email address, if you choose to give it to us via one of the waitlist forms. Alongside it we store which form you used (the homepage, a piece page, and so on) and the date you signed up. That’s so we know what brought people in.

Nothing else. We don’t ask for your name, we have no accounts, and there is nothing to log into.

What we use it for

To email you when Nammo is ready for its first testers. That is the only reason we’ll write to you, and it’s what you agreed to when you signed up. We won’t use your address for a newsletter, a drip campaign, or anything you didn’t ask for.

We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and doesn’t follow you around the internet. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views and see which pieces people read. It works without cookies, doesn’t collect personal data, and can’t identify you or link your visits together across sites. Its servers are in the EU.

What that means in practice: we can see that a piece about cacio e pepe was read four hundred times last week. We can’t see that you’re one of them.

If you switch the site between light and dark mode, that preference is stored in your own browser so the page doesn’t flash the wrong color on your next visit. It never leaves your device and it isn’t personal data.

Where it’s kept

Waitlist addresses are stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in the European Union. Our website runs on a server in Germany and sits behind Cloudflare, which handles security and delivery. Email to and from our @nammo.app addresses is routed by Cloudflare. Your data stays in Europe.

How long we keep it

Until Nammo launches and we’ve told you about it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

We’re based in Europe, so the GDPR applies to everything we do with your data, wherever you happen to live. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to us processing it, or withdraw your consent at any time — which for a waitlist simply means asking to come off the list.

Email [email protected] and we’ll do it. No form, no process, no reason needed. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled a request, you can message the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or the equivalent body where you live.

Changes

When the app launches it will collect more than this site does — reading progress, some usage analytics, and payment status if you subscribe. We’ll rewrite this page before any of that happens.
