Delete your Nammo account and data
Nammo is made by Sunslider SAS (Lyon, France). Last updated 2 October 2026.
You can delete your Nammo account, and all the data in it, at any time. Here is how, what happens, and what we can’t remove.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Nammo and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
There is nothing else to do. Your account and its data are removed from our servers straight away.
By email
If you can’t open the app, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Nammo account”. We’ll reply to that address to confirm it’s you, then delete the account — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Two cases we can’t handle by email: if you signed in with Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we only hold a relay address, and if your account is anonymous and never had an email, nothing links it to you. For both, please delete in the app.
What is deleted
Everything we hold under your account, permanently: your sign-in details (your email, or the link to your Apple or Google sign-in), your display name, your reading progress and map, the pieces you’ve loved and saved, your wishlist, your quiz scores, your notification settings and device token, your subscription status, and your Nammo news preference. We keep no separate backup of your account data, so once it is deleted, it is gone.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you, apart from a few records that sit outside your Nammo account. Apple or Google keep their own purchase and billing records. RevenueCat, the service we use to manage subscriptions, keeps a purchase record under a random account ID, not your name or email; once your account is deleted, nothing on our side links that ID to you. If you emailed us, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. Our website statistics never identified you in the first place.
A subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a Nammo+ subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (under Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID’s Subscriptions settings, or the store will keep billing you.
